"By-laws" related to the manner in which the association is governed The Highlands POA has the power subject to the limitations of a not-for-profit corporation as contained in the Mississippi statutes in existence as of the date (April, 2004) of the execution of the Declaration of Covenants. The powers of the POA have been set forth in the Declaration and in its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.
